Kibbee
A Mediterranean specialty made according to our own recipe from lean ground lamb, organic cracked wheat, egg, onion and garlic.  These delicious low-fat patties are versatile and quick and easy to prepare.  They can be cooked as a breakfast entree; pan fried for lunch and served in a pita pocket with lettuce and tomato; or grilled as a dinner steak.  (Please see our recipe page.)

Kibbees are formed in square 1/4 lb. patties and packed THREE pounds to a box.
